学习了 tox 的操作。有如下几点没有学完：

config.html 中的 Advanced settings 没读懂。
example.html 中的 Generate documentation, Using tox with Jenkins Integration Server. 暂时没看。General tips and tricks 中的 Access package artifacts between multiple tox-runs 不理解，不会用。

读完上面的两篇文档，基本就会用 tox。
